Air America Radio Affiliates Airing EcoTalk

As you probably know -but I prefer to make sure :)- EcoTalk is now aired on Saturday 12 noon ET.
Unfortunately we don’t know -yet- how this new schedule will translate locally: 9, 10, 11 AM across the country.
Many stations are now selecting the shows they want  and it is up to them to  decide when to air them.
It is also up to you, the listeners, to ask them to air EcoTalk at a convenient time 🙂

Our list of AAR affiliates airing EcoTalk provides you with email and phone number: ask them if/when they now plan to air the show  and let them know your  wishes and support for EcoTalk.
Your call, your email can make a difference.
Thank you in advance for your help and feedback.

We are in the process of updating the list. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
The stations in bold are the ones carrying EcoTalk. Unfortunately not all of them carry EcoTalk at a decent hour.
You can help by contacting the ones that carry EcoTalk at  odd hours asking them to change their schedule  and by  contacting the ones that don’t carry EcoTalk asking them to air the show.
Each email helps because most radio stations take feedback from their listeners seriously.

If you cannot find a site or an email you can check with the ontheradio.net.
THANK YOU

Congratulations and thanks to the  AAR’s affiliate in Seattle where EcoTalk is now aired at 7 pm.

About Betsy

Betsy Rosenberg is an award-winning broadcast journalist who has
worked for three major networks over the course of her 25
years in radio and TV.  LISTEN (1 min)
Betsy has been with the CBS Radio News
Network for the past two decades working as a reporter and
anchor on KCBS-AM in San Francisco, and as a national newscaster
for the CBS Radio News network in New York.
In addition to earning dozens of awards during her years of
general reporting, Betsy has received six honors at the local,
regional and national levels for Excellence in Environmental
Leadership, including an award from the U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency in 2001.
Realizing the environment was perhaps the biggest underreported
story of our time; Betsy has made it her exclusive
beat and, in so doing, has become the voice for a greener
America. She also offers “sound solutions for a healthier
planet” through speaking engagements across the country
to educators, business leaders and civic groups, as well as
appearances at environmental events including Bioneers, Sol/Sunfest,
Greenfest and the Health and Harmony Festival.
Media outreach
appearances have included ongoing television interviews on
CNN Headline News as well as several feature newspaper and
magazine articles.

Betsy lives with her husband and daughter in Marin County,
California where she “walks the ecotalk” by recycling,
composting, driving a hybrid car, and being energized by a
well insulated house and 18 solar panels on her roof.
